Pivnoy Cowboy is a solo project of multi-instrumentalist Vitalii Zimin – a founder of Crunch Tapes Records. Debut LP 'Impossibilism' was released via Dutch label Geertruida in 2020. Live band line-up varies from one to four people on stage.
Pivnoy Cowboy's music is a mix of sampled lo-fi drum beats, analog vintage synths, dreamy guitars, strong fuzzy bass lines and out-of-body goth vocals. It's like an unknown substance trip, the effect of which is difficult to compare with previous experiences.

A second LP called 'Domestic Spiritualism' was released on 8th November 2023 via Crunch Tapes Records.
Now based in Berlin, Pivnoy Cowboy created the album right after fleeing his home country, which saturated the record with a lonely vibe, yet it is still hopeful.
Over the past two years Pivnoy Cowboy has shared the stage with artists such as Glass Beams, Kaleida, Ron Gallo, Sonic Jesus, Baby's Berserk, toured in Europe, Georgia and Armenia, and performed at the Changeover Festival in Serbia.
