Worldwide

Moscow-born and worldwide-based band Maket was formed in 2019 by members of the well-known punk and post-hardcore bands Paint the Morning and Pobeda. In August 2020, 8-shows Background Tour took place to support the band’s debut record, released on Punk Fiction Records. Before that, there were big club release shows in both Russian capitals — Moscow and St. Petersburg. Musicians did an interview for the Youtube show Na Spote and played several songs live.

After that Maket performed at such festivals as Forest King, Podpolie Summer Fest, Anti, Fuzz and Friendship, Moscow Music Week 2020 and 2021 (showcase of BOL Festival), Crunch, Aglomerat Fest as well as opening act for the UK band Crywank and a show on the ship sailing along the Moscow River together with Rooftops. Four songs by Maket entered the official playlist of Gorky Park. In 2021 they filmed a video for Audiotree Worldwide performing four songs live at the Moscow Pinball Museum.

In 2023 the band signed to MTS Label and released their second LP called Life Without News. A tour to support the record will follow this fall.
